Call the Freephone number to speak to our Customer Care Team. You will be asked for your GP’s details and the items you require.
In many cases, we can liaise with your GP on your behalf to obtain a prescription – one less thing for you to worry about!
On receipt of your prescription, Nightingale will discreetly deliver your Continence items to your home. Someone from our Customer Care Team will then be in touch to ensure everything is ok with the delivery.
We know that you have better things to do with your day then wait in for a parcel that may or may not arrive! That’s why Nightingale offers a fully trackable delivery service. You will receive SMS or Email notifications informing you of your parcel’s whereabouts and delivery ETA*
If the delivery date is not convenient, you will have the option to change the delivery date, deliver to a neighbour or leave in a designated safe place.
*Tracking service and notifications require us to have a valid Email address or mobile phone number.

Nightingale understands that there are some Patients who will need more assistance to ensure they order supplies in enough time to prevent running out. For those who need it, Nightingale can arrange to get in touch on a regular basis to ensure they are having no problems, to check what stock they have left and, if needed, arrange to place an order.
This optional keep-in-touch service can be done by phone or Email.

That’s why we offer a complimentary sampling service, allowing you to try products before committing to a full prescription order. Not only will this allow you to be confident that you have the right product for your needs, it also prevents a costly waste of unsuitable products.

One size doesn’t fit all – so why should one size of Leg Bag be expected to fit all? Nightingale is happy to be able to customise tube lengths on Great Bear’s range of Leg Bags and Night Bags, as well as cut Stoma Pouches and flanges. A service tailored to individual needs.
