Online Ordering - Re-ordering for your Patient

Nightingale aims at offering your patients an independent, discreet and reliable Home Delivery Service that make sure they receive ongoing support when they return home after being discharged with a Catheter or other continence appliance.

To make an order for a patient already registered with Nightingale please fill in the below form. If we cannot find the Patient on our system we will call you for further information. Please provide specific details regarding the products you wish to order, including the order code.

Please note, we advise that a re-order is made when the Patient has 2 weeks of product remaining. This allows us time to get the prescription before we send out the order. If you indicate to us below that the Patient has less than 14 days supply, we will arrange for emergency stock to be sent out, where possible.

If you want your Patient to receive notifications from our carrier, DPD, regarding their delivery please ensure a mobile phone number and/or email address is provided.

Nightingale also offer a Nursing Service for any patients you wish to be assessed for the products that they need. Please note the Nursing Service is available in the following areas:

  • South West England (inc Cornwall)
  • South and Mid Wales
  • North East England
